Exchanges

Returns are subject to quality inspection. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted back.
Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Last Chance Clearance items is final sale. No exchange or store credit will be issued.
Store Pick-Up orders must be picked up from Be Diff Glam located in Redford, MI. Customer will be contacted when order is ready. ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED BEFORE PACKING AND SHIPPING TO ENSURE QUALITY PRODUCTS. Customer is fully responsible for order once contact is made.
